Coocha

Privacy Policy

Effective 16 July 2026

Coocha is a wardrobe-styling app operated by Dmitrii Kharitonov ("we"). This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect your email and the photos you upload, we use AI services to analyze those photos so the app can work, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

We do not collect your name, location, contacts, or any advertising identifiers, and we use no analytics trackers.

How your photos are processed

When you upload a photo, it is sent to AI providers to be analyzed: Anthropic (image understanding) and OpenAI (similarity embeddings). Both process the data via their APIs and, per their API terms, do not use it to train their models. The analysis results are stored with your account so the app can match outfits.

Where your data lives

Who we share data with

Nobody, except the service providers needed to run the app: Fly.io (hosting), AWS (storage), Anthropic and OpenAI (photo analysis). We do not sell or rent your data, and we share nothing for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. Items you delete in the app are removed from your views immediately. To delete your account and all associated data — photos, analysis results, and account details — email us at the address below and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing kharitonov.dmitry@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, these rights are provided under the GDPR.

Children

Coocha is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the new effective date above.
